Whole Steer

Raw Beef with Herbs and Spices

$750 - $1450

1/2 side of a steer costs approximately $1450,  or $750 for 1/4. The price is $5 per pound hanging weight, which includes the processing  and butchering fees. It is 25% steaks, 25% roasts, and 50% ground. The ground beef comes in 1lb packages, steaks are individually packaged, and roasts are 3-4lbs each. Everything is butchered and vacuum sealed professionally by a USDA approved butcher.  While you can customize the cuts with a purchase of 1/2, 1/4 is a general selection of what we offer in the store - (T-Bone steak, Porterhouse, Chuck roast, etc).

Whole Pig

1/2 side of a pig costs approximately $600, or $300 for 1/4. The price is $5 per pound hanging weight, which includes the processing  and butchering fees. It is an assortment of link sausage (italian, breakfast, bratwurst), bacon, pork chops, roasts, and ground pork. Everything is vacuum sealed professionally by a USDA approved butcher.  While you can customize the cuts with a purchase of 1/2, 1/4 is a general selection of our favorites.
